NOTICE OF PORT OF ALSEA PUBLIC HEARING ON ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ALL PRIOR ORDINANCES, ADOPTING A FACILITIES CODE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
A public hearing will be held on February 16, 2023, at the Port of Alsea office, 365 Port Street, Waldport, OR 97394, at 2:00 PM on a proposed ordinance repealing previous ordinances, and adopting procedural matters and a Port of Alsea facilities plan. Copies of the proposed ordinance may be viewed on the Port of Alsea website, www.portofalsea.com, or copies may be picked up at the Port office and the Dock of the Bay, 1245 NE Mill Street, Waldport, OR 97394. Written comments may be submitted before the public hearing at rcuellar@portofalsea.com or mailed to Port of Alsea, P. O. Box 1060, Waldport, OR 97394.
