A public meeting of the Port of Alsea Budget Committee to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, will be held by teleconferencing on Thursday May 14, 2020 at 5:30pm. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message, make recommendations on the budget documents and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting when deliberations by the budget committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting by the teleconference or in writing to comment on the proposed budget.
To listen to the meeting and to make comments on the budget by teleconference, dial-in to 1-848-220-3300. There will not be a long distance charge. After dialing in and after the prompt, enter Conference ID number 1216-1947. Instructions will be given at the beginning of the meeting on when and how to provide comments. Written comments on the budget can be provided to the Budget Committee, but must be received by 5:00 PM, Tuesday, May 12, 2020.
